For the fourth year, Treetops resort in Gaylord, Michigan is hosting a Patriot Golf day Shootout. Held September 1 – 4, the weekend includes 45 holes of competitive golf, prizes, meals and a concert. Quite an affair. And it’s all to benefit the Folds of Honor Foundation.

I’ve not played Treetops, but it has a reputation as one of the finest golf resorts in Michigan—and given the number of golf resorts in Michigan, that’s saying something.
