The University of Michigan Golf Course—an Alister MacKenzie design—has released a neat app for Android and iPhone. I have neither, so this screenshot is from my iPod. As you can see, the App lets you book tee times, keep score, use GPS, and even post your score to the Golf Association of Michigan.
The Leaders function gives you the lowest rounds of the month, which for August is apparently +6. That’s not as low as I would have thought.
The app also will offer deals.
This is a nice product, and is one that I can see other courses adding.
