US Women’s Open 2022 Qualifying

Immensely bolstered by the support of ProMedica, the US Women’s Open will be held at Pine Needles on June 2 – 5, 2022.

Registration for the tournament is open now at champs.usga.org.

To attempt to qualify, players must have a handicap of no more than 2.4.

This will be a groundbreaking year, as ProMedica has boosted the purse from $5.5 million to $10 million, bringing it closer to par with the US Open and taking a big step forward for gender equality.

Pine Needles, host of this years championship, is a Donald Ross design dating to 1928. It was owned by LPGA pioneer Peggy Kirk Bell from 1953 to her death in 2016.
