Venturi: Palmer didn’t cheat at Masters

First, Venturi says Palmer broke the rules at the Masters. Now he says that, although Palmer broke the rules, he didn’t cheat. Its a language parsing worthy of Bill Clinton’s “It depends on what the definition of is, is.” For my money, the waffling makes Venturi’s original story not credible.
