What Are Tiger’s Odds To Win Again?

Sportsbetting.ag has taken a look at the return of Tiger Woods, and what oddsmakers think. Here’s a press release from the company:

Tiger has better odds with Charlie than solo

As a parent, you always tell your children that one day they’ll be smarter than you. And that one day, they’ll be able to beat you in the games you’d never let them win.

Well, that time is quickly approaching for Tiger Woods and his son, Charlie.

Tiger is teeing it up professionally for the first time in 234 days this week as he’ll take on a small field of 19 other competitors at the Hero World Challenge.

SportBetting.ag pegged Woods with the second-worst odds to win the Hero at 55/1. Only Lucas Glover has higher odds (full list below).

But the oddsmakers give Tiger much better chances when paired with Charlie at the PNC Championship in three weeks.

Team Woods is tied for the fourth-best odds, alongside Team Singh. Only John Daly and his son, Justin Thomas and his father and Team Stricker have better odds among the 19 two-person squads competing at the PNC.

Peeking ahead to Tiger’s major season…the forecast isn’t so bright. Here are Tiger’s current Major Championship odds:

Masters – 70/1

PGA Championship – 100/1

U.S. Open – 120/1

Open Championship – 100/1
