Langston Golf Course in Washington, D.C., is at a crossroads.
On the National Register of Historic Places for its role in African American golf, the course is loved by locals for being cheap and fun.
But DC council members want to turn the place into a PGA Championship course, with a top end restaurant and wine bar, a water park, domed stadium, mutimedia soundstage and hotels.
