• The Workday Charity Open is a one-year, full-field FedExCup event contested at Muirfield Village Golf Club the week immediately preceding the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide
• Thanks to title sponsor Workday, and the support of Muirfield Village Golf Club and the Memorial Tournament   host, Jack Nicklaus, the tournament fills the week vacated by the cancellation of the John Deere Classic, which will return to the PGA TOUR schedule in 2021

Miscellaneous Notes

• This marks the eleventh time in TOUR history, and first since 1957, that events will be held back-to-back at the  same venue; In 1957, the All American Open and the World Championship of Golf were held in consecutive weeks  at Tam O’Shanter Club in Niles, Illinois
• In four events since Return to Golf, average winning score is 19.75-under par (-15, -22, -19, -23)
• Only three players in the field have made the cut in each of the first four tournaments since the Return to Golf: Viktor Hovland, Mark Hubbard, Brian Stuard
• Contestants at the Workday Charity Open can expect to see a variation in the course set-up at Muirfield Village, with slightly shorter rough to start the week, lower green speeds to enable more hole locations and a greater- than-normal variety in tee locations (especially on par-3s) in order to preserve teeing areas typically used for the Memorial Tournament the following week

Muirfield Village Golf Club

• Muirfield Village Golf Club was named after Muirfield, Scotland, where Jack Nicklaus won the first of his three Open Championship titles in 1966.
• Along with hosting the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide every year since its inception in 1976, Muirfield Village has also hosted several national championships and international team competitions, including the 1986 U.S. Junior Amateur, the 1987 Ryder Cup, the 1992 U.S. Amateur, the 1998 Solheim Cup and the 2013 Presidents Cup.
• Muirfield Village is the only venue to have hosted the Ryder Cup, the Solheim Cup and the Presidents Cup
