And then there are a couple of fitness items that golfers may find useful. The first is a massage roller. I have one, and these things really work to relieve sore muscles and get out the kinks. I use one after each of my three weekly weight lifting sessions, and after rounds of golf.
And an exercise ball. Again, I use one of these at the gym for a variety of strength, balance and flexibility exercises.
