I’ve put together a little gallery of satellite photos from Google Earth of the eighteen holes at Oakmont Country Club, site of the 2007 US Open.
I’m pretty sure that these photos were taken last winter or early spring for the leaves are off the trees, and there is some groundwork being done. The Church Pews bunkers, for example, on the third and fourth holes are not entirely filled with sand. Note also the major highway separating the two portions of the club.
