GAM Golf Day Schedule 2022

The “golf days” sponsored by the Golf Association of Michigan are terrific opportunities to engage in some friendly competition at some of the best courses in the state. Of particular interest are opportunities to play at private clubs that may otherwise be out of reach.

I had the chance to play the notable Plum Hollow a couple of years back and had a great time.

To participate, you need to be a member of the GAM. But if you are a serious Michigan golfer, you probably already are a member. It is an organization worth supporting.

Note the registration openings for each of the Golf Days. Unlike past years, they are staggered in 2022. Some open Feb. 16; some March 16; a few open April 6.

You’ll want to jump right on any Golf Days you would like to play, for spots go fast.

For my part, I’d like to play Muskegon and Wabeek. But particularly Muskegon, which boasts a Thomas Bendelow/Donald Ross design.
