Golf Is Everywhere: Star Trek Voyager
I missed Star Trek: Voyager in its first run (1995-2001), but in recent months have been streaming it from Paramount while I work out in the morning.
In season seven episode 3 — “Drive” — the holographic Doctor decided to take up golf. In this scene, he explains to B’Elanna Torres that he is taking up a new holo deck activity:
I’ve been looking forward to indulging myself in a new hobby. Something human doctors have enjoyed for centuries. I’ve already booked a tee time.
I don’t think that putter is going to work very well.
