Baseball is an elimination game, with the last player out winning the pot. Before starting, set a “strike zone” for the game: birdie, par, bogey, double bogey—whatever is appropriate for the skill level of the players involved. Each time a player fails to meet the target score on a hole, he gets a “strike.” After three strikes, a player is eliminated. The last one still “at bat” wins the pot
