On this #FitnessFriday, Coach Joey D gives advice on generating more power and speed in your golf game. This exercise is as simple as a stretch band and a driver.
I had the chance to talk with Coach Joey D last fall, and he said a lot of things that stuck with me. I asked him about what a middle aged guy with lots of time commitments in terms of work and family can do to get fit.
“In just fifteen to twenty minutes, three times a week, you can regain most of what you have lost over the years,” Coach D said.
So just an hour a week. That can be done by nearly anyone. But, as Coach D said, “you need to make a deliberate decision to do so. You make deliberate decisions about what driver to buy. Why not make a deliberate decision about fitness.”
