I have several Orient automatic watches and really like them. They are well built and attractive in a way that belies their price. I think of them as my poor man’s Rolexes.
This Orient Defender Field Watch is on my wish list. I like the multiple dials which show 24 hour time, and the day of the week in addition to the date window.
The size is right for me as well: 42mm wide and just 12mm thick. The case is stainless steel, while the crystal is mineral.
