The Sun Mountain Combo cart is an all-in-one bag and cart solution. That thing you see protruding from the bag midway from the bottom is actually a seat.
This looks like a great thing for players who walk a hundred percent of their rounds. I walk as much as humanly possible, but there are times, such as during my Friday league, that I need a bag that will fit on a cart.
