One of my favorite golf balls ever was the Callaway HX Hot. I recently discovered a small stash of them at GolfBlogger World Headquarters, and when I played them, I remembered all over just how much I liked them for their great ball flight and distance. I’ve found precious few balls I’ve liked as much since.
The X2 Hot looks like it might have what I’ve been missing. It’s got the HEX aerodynamics, and is designed for moderate swing speeds to increase distance. Callaway also says that it’s their “softest multi-layer design.”
I’m going to pick up a box the next time I’m at the pro shop.
