Champions Tour Bank of America Championship Rained Out

Good heavens. I just turned on the Tivo and saw the deluge that was visited on the Champions Tour Bank of America Championship. They got more than three inches of rain on Thursday, and it hasn’t stopped since. This was on top of the 20 inches that they received in May; the area typically gets just 48 inches in the entire year.

There were ducks swimming on the fairways. I saw a flagstick in a lake. I am sure that I saw two guys building an ark.

See if you can catch some highlights on The Golf Channel. The pictures are amazing.

  1. Hey Golf Blogger,

I tried to email this to you but the link didn’t work…

Would you be willing and able to discuss the U.S. Open on AOL’s Sports Bloggers Live radio program on Monday the 12th at about 7:30 PM ET for five minutes or so? The studio number to call is 1 866 382 7469.

Just let me know if you can make it and what the best number is to reach you at during that time.

    All the best,
