Core Exercises With Kettlebells
Since March, my three-times-a-week gym habit has been curtailed thanks to the COVID. From March through August, the gyms in Michigan simply were closed. They are now open again, but with infections on the rise, I’m in no mood to go back. Working out to stay healthy and then coming down with COVID doesn’t seem like a godo trade.
In it’s place, I’ve been working with a kettlebell, using resistance bands and doing planks. My goal has been to maintain the strength in my legs and core that I had built up over the previous years.
