Golf Is Everywhere: Ozark Edition

I know I’m late to the table, but I recently started watching Ozark on Netflix. It didn’t take long for a golf scene to appear.

Here, a drug cartel lieutenant talks business on the course. Golf actually shows up in several of the episodes I’ve watched.

Ozark is one of my favorite type of shows — one where everyone is a bad person, and the audience is encouraged to sympathize with the anti-heroes. Breaking Bad, The Sopranos, The Shield, Peaky Blinders, Boardwalk Empire and Game of Thrones are all examples of the genre.
