Michigan’s official travel website, michigan.org , has launched a new Michigan Tee Times page. It’s an online golf reservation system that allows you to make tee times across the state. You can also arrange golf packages and lodging.
The hope is that eventually every course in Michigan will participate in the program—right now it’s an opt-in system.
Michigan has everything you could possibly want in a summer golf vacation—terrific weather, long days, and 850 courses to choose from. Golf publications have placed Michigan courses on lists that rate “Top Resort Golf” and other best-of categories such as “Courses for Women”, “New Affordable Public Courses” and “New Affordable Deluxe Courses”. Golf Digest named the state the 12th best golf destination in the world.
I think it’s probably better than that.
