Patrick Reed On Pace To Break PGA Tour Scoring Record

In shooting his third consecutive 63 and moving to -27, Patrick Reed already has set the PGA Tour scoring record in relation to par. Through 54 holes, he has 25 birdies, two eagles and two bogeys. Another day like that, and he’ll have the 72 hole scoring record by two shots.

The Tour record for lowest scoring belongs to Tommy Armour III, who shot 254 (64-62-63-65) at the 2003 Valero Texas Open.
