I had a chance to play the Western Golf and Country Club Sunday afternoon. Western has a terrific Donald Ross course along the Rouge River, along with a classic clubhouse and perhaps the last remaining all-men’s 19th hole in the area. It was a terrific experience, made doubly so by the company and a terrific caddy (After that afternoon, I ALWAYS want to play with a caddy).
I’ll have a full write up a little later.
Western is running membership specials right now.
